If your problem is outside of your heels wearing out faster (I had same problem with my boots, all that marching in the army), then there's nothing simple you can do. It's just the way you were born. You could probably have a major surgery to set your legs straight but that would be stark raving bonkers. |
Dude, as I was saying: custom orthotics. |

i run indoors mostly but there was a study on "How people run" and hope this helps.
i'm a sprinter and like to run fast and hard, meaning usually really hard steps
the study basically said that humans have developed a more tougher way of running since the sole of a shoe absorbs a lot of the pressure
the study suggested that running Bare foot is the most truest form but kinda unrealistic imo
what you can do is step more gently/lightly, like imagine yourself running bare foot and imagine whether you would stomp the ground as hard if you were barefoot
i also run in place at Home and that can help adjust your running style
lastly, a good pair of Asics have lasted me years, i actually hate having to break in new running shoes and if you find a good pair, for me always Asics, they can last a very long time indoor and outdoor |
