I've been teaching TOEFL for a couple of years now and enjoy it for the most part, but I feel like I have entered a bit of a rut in terms of my teaching. I knew nothing abut the test before I started and basically have made it up as I've gone along. But the students' iBT scores have plateaued, and I'd like to shake things up a bit to see if I can do a little better.
Does anybody know of a good book for teaching TOEFL? Or even a course that might be available for teachers?
