I have a room for rent immediately in a beautiful, spacious and comfortable three bedroom villa in Haebangchon, close to Itaewon. Its very clean, western style in many ways and quiet. We are located close to Indigo Restaurant/Bonny's Pizza.

I am looking for someone who is a non smoker, clean, likes cats (I have 2) and is responsible enough to pay bills on time, every month.

COSTS:

- rent is 550,000won per month + half of the bills each month. Short term or long term is okay with me. I just need a month notice if you decide you want to leave.
- deposit: 1,100,000 won (1st and last month's rent which you get back at the end).
- room is available now if you want to come and see the place.

THE APARTMENT:

-private rooftop that is very large.
- quiet area.
- cool, easygoing landlord.
- 10 min walk from subway, 5 min walk from bus station and 2 min walk to coffee shop/convenience store/banks.
- great view of Namsan/Yongsan/Kyeonggidan area.

FACILITIES:

- 3 bedroom apt with a big, private rooftop and a wrap around balcony with some furniture on both to relax.
- huge garden on the roof with chairs and tables as well.
- closed gate entrance for security.
- washer/dryer combo, 4 burner oven, air-conditioner, microwave, 2 fridges (1 big, 1 small) toaster oven, 2 bbqs, sound system with TV, sofas, water machine, WIFI.
- 1 big bathroom with a western sized bathtub and shower, not tiny like most.
- I have all kitchen utensils you will probably ever need and well stocked on most things around the house.
- this place will go fast!!!

YOUR ROOM:

- the pictures below show a smaller room, not the bigger room I'm offering. FYI.

- includes a queen sized bed frame & mattress, shelves and closet. I also have a desk included. I also have a fan that you can borrow.
