When I worked at a GEPIK school a few years ago they did not have
entrance allowance (they reimbursed your airfare for the exact amount)
and they did not have renewal allowance (they flew you home once a year or somewhere else if the cost/distance was equal/less).

Are those who work for GEPIK now being given an entrance allowance rather than reimbursement for the exact amount of airfare cost and renewal allowance rather than being flown home (renewal allowance in addition to severance of course).
