I'm getting my documents ready and have a question regarding the notarization of my degree.
My Mum has spoken to a lawyer with the Council who is also a Notary Public who is willing to notarise the certificate, but the lawyer does not have an official stamp/seal.
Does the certificate have to have the official stamp/seal before it can be apostilled? |

Where are you from? I'm almost positive you do. I know that in my state it is absolutely a requirement. There is a link on my state's state dept website to a manual that goes through all of the requirements for an apostille. But yeah, that is definitely a requirement where I'm from. |
