I just checked the news and it looks like the Republicans have just introduced their own budget We now have two budgets competing against each other. This is just ridiculous. Obama is not going to approve this Republican bill because they are once again attacking obama care. America could actually default now. It could actually happen.

I need to exchange a large sum of money. Right now the Won is holding steady against the US dollar. It's 94 won to $1 dollar. If the dollar falls then I would benefit. But what about the won? If the dollar falls will the won fall as well? South Korea has such close ties to America that I worry that it will be hit hard as well if America defaults.

Would you wait it out or exchange the money? I have a little over 3 weeks left in my contract. It's not like I could wait 6 months.

Maybe someone with a little more insight in the stock market/exchange rate can shed some light on this issue.

Maybe someone spiked my drink, but I think you have the exchange rate backwards there, my man. More like .94 USD = 1000 won.

That's ok, do you want to talk about it? I don't have to work tomorrow, only charge $30/min, and considering the exchange rate, that's a pretty good deal.
