| I have an American citizen friend of mine from Gangnam, Seoul who is leaving for the states soon. How can he arrange to collect his pension directly from Incheon Airport as he leaves? |

READ: HOW TO COLLECT PENSION AT AIRPORT AND RETURN THE NEXT DAY on this forum under JOB-RELATED DISCUSSIONS.
Follow the instructions. It is a pretty simple process. Ignore the instructions about returning to Korea if your friend is not planning to return.
IMO, it's the fastest, most efficient, and reliable method for collecting pension.
In short,
Your friend needs to go to the pension office( with the documents listed on instruction post) and file to collect pension.
He should tell them he will be collecting at the airport.
