| Next thing the OP will be stunned to find out that gangs of "youth" have been mobbing places and attacking random people and that the news media hasn't made a major issue out of it. |

You think they come from two parent households? I highly doubt that. By and large, they are the offspring of people who shouldn't be reproducing. That's why I'm against welfare payments. They're all too busy enjoying the Milwaukee Zoo, you see.
That's not actually a joke: Madison (our capital city) is around 7%ish Black (which in and of itself is high for a Wisconsin city), but then you look at Milwaukee and it's roughly 40% Black. |
