I apologize if this has been answered, but I haven't been able to find ANY information after several days of searching...
I applied for my lump-sum pension refund in mid-September. I still have not received it. I've heard that it can take up to 3 months, but since my boyfriend also applied a week before me and got his refund over a month ago, I am a little concerned.
I would like to inquire about the status of my refund, but I can't find ANY contact information for the office. If anyone can give an email or phone number to contact the office, I would appreciate it!

| Check with your bank, although three months sounds excessive. Or try calling the pension office. |
