We currently pay 2.8% interest.

Yes there is a limit for the loan and the income is also used in the equation. I think the most you can get is 80 million or maybe a hundred. The lower your income the better.

You can’t move into a 60 pyeong apartment because that’s also regulated and it can’t be bigger than 30 pyeong or something.

Are you planning to apply for this with the wife you had in Nov 2012 or the girlfriend you had last December, who’s presumably now your second wife? Just curious Laughing

Hi, Ed. I'm not sure where you're getting your dates from, but, yes, I would apply for this with the wife to whom I've been married for over a year. I didn't write about having a girlfriend last year because I didn't have one at that time.

That's his friend using his account because he needs to pose this important question to the Dave's peanut gallery. The real fustiancorduroy doesn't need to borrow money from other people.

On December 4 2012 you wrote this on Waygook with the persona forgetmyusername

I have a Korean girlfriend who works as a university lecturer. She makes around 4 million won a month. She and I have also invested in stocks, which have given us about 500,000 a month return on average. Together, we make around 12.5 million won a month. But still, I'd like to get into a higher income bracket, as I mentioned above. It's possible to do it as a teacher, but, of course, it's quite difficult.

On November 1 2012 You wrote this on Dave's as fustiancorduroy

The few times I've caught myself driving around without my headlights on I've always had my parking lights on, meaning that my dashboard was still lit up. But I could see less confident or experienced drivers, such as my wife, concentrating so intently on the road, specifically all the cars darting around it, that they not notice their dashboard lights not being turned on. That's not such a ridiculous conclusion to draw, is it?

You can see how people could get a little confused
