Korea was chosen for its countryside and "spectacular architecture."
Still it will be interesting to see Korea in the movie. Wasn't part of Z War filmed in Korea? The virus supposedly started on Camp Humphries, but whether it was actually (partly) filmed here or not I'm not sure. |

The government's going to pay 30% of the filming costs. That's a heck of an incentive.

Considering how gloomy the weather can be here, at times, I hope they wait until May and October to do the bulk of their filming, if it's blue skies they seek. |

I think you're referring to World War Z, the zombie movie with Brad Pitt. |
