I'm just wondering, are all provinces connected with EPIK?
I mean, when dealing with EPIK, are they in contact with the Gyeongsangnam-do department of education?
The reason, I am asking is because I got rejected by Gyeongsangnam-do Department of Education after being interviewed (I made terrible mistakes). I am hoping to apply for positions in Gyeongsangnam-do through EPIK. |

I believe they are.
The exception is GEPIK (which is Gyeonggi).
However, if you apply through a different programme, they may not necessarily have you flagged. |

Cool. Well I got rejected from GOE. So I am thinking about applying somewhere else, maybe near Seoul. If I get flagged from Gyeongsangnam-do, and if EPIK "find out", is it possible they may reject my application? I mean, if I am doing an interview with EPIK, will it be in Seoul or Gyeongsang? |

I mean. Would they reject my application for other locations like Seoul on Incheon? |

A few years it was all one big group, with a centralized hiring process, in which case, you'd just be applying to the exact same office which rejected you.
Now, there are a few separate programmes run under the umbrella of EPIK, who probably don't communicate very well. In which case, there's a very good chance you wouldn't be rejected based on your previous rejection. |

Well now I am thinking of just applying to other locations, other than Gyeongsangnam-do, to avoid being rejected. Do you think it would better be better to apply to all separate departments of education rather than EPIK? I mean would you think there is a better chance that EPIK would find out about your "past incident" in Gyeongsang, if you applied through EPIK overall? |
