I dont wish to turn this into a religious debate but the words of Jesus may not have been his own, considering when they were written (and by whom) in relation to his death. (I agree that the the book itself though is definitely thought provoking if you approach it with an open mind). |

Jesus has been over-rated as a thinker. Why should anyone give all his belongings to the poor? The poor are terrible at managing. That's why the poor are poor. |

Simply google philosophy and you will discover that philosophy is about religion, economics, social status, etc. Of course, it's also about the point of your being and the love of wisdom.
