Toptravel is the best one. I believe there is one in Jongro and the other in Itaewon. I am sure you can look up the phone number in yellow book.

I called:
Top Travel (the girl hounded me, calling me at least 8 times about making a reservation after I asked her about ticket prices)

STA: (they hung up on me twice in a row)

Unique Travel: offered a great price, then at the end changed it.

And I called some other one recommended here on the site. The guy couldn't tell me the price for my ticket, even though all the other agencies could....said he'd e-mail me the price....and never did. Rolling Eyes

I hate dealing with travel agents here!

Finally called Xanadu and they were great. Answered all my questions (which means they were knowledgeable, thank goodness!) didn't give excuses, gave results, spoke great English and were prompt.

I've been using Xanadu for about 5 years and always get great service. I never even bother to call. I just email all the info and she responds within a day.

Xanadu is great, and I've also had good dealings with Shoestring Travel
