I"m moving to Busan in a few weeks, and I was just wondering if anyone had some suggestions on where/how to meet others in Busan?
Thanks! |

Summer in Busan there is a lot to do. Joining a group or activity is the best way to meet like-minded people. You can usually find groups and events on Koreabridge or Facebook.
Do you have any hobbies? What are you into? |

Agreed, particularly if you can get in on visits to some of the festivals in summer (e.g. the Haeundae Sand Festival). Otherwise, tip up by yourself and I'm sure you'll come across friendly people. |

I'm into running, and anything social and having a laugh - I'm pretty easy going.
I'm going to be in Gaegeum. |

You can try the expat bars like Beached Bar or Sharky's in Gwangalli Beach or Wolfhound in Haeundae. It's easy to meet and talk to other expats as well as English-speaking Koreans. Or join expat groups in Busan, though many people come and go but that's the nature of the expat scene just about anywhere in the world. |
