I know I will be getting drug tested because I am coming in on an E2 Visa, but will my husband also be drug tested if he is coming in on a spousal visa and will NOT be teaching?
He obviously wont be doing anything while we are there but he might want to smoke a little weed with his friends before we go and I know that stays in your system for a pretty long time.
Just to be clear, I am asking about the drug testing requirements for different visas and not for your personal musings on smoking weed.

Clearly you don't know where you are. Page 1 will be a debate on the morality of marijuana, followed by a debate on Colorado and Washington's respective legalization measures on page 2 and 3, disintegrating into an all-out flame war by page 5. Dodge7's latest sock should feature prominently. |

E2 applicants will have a medical and drug test.
F3 applicants do NOT have a medical and do NOT have a drug test
unless there is suspicion of indulging AFTER arrival in Korea.
A positive pee test is grounds for prosecution.

Are you high right now? Drunk? Mildly retarded or possibly just illiterate?
It was VERY clear by the OP that her husband would not be teaching. |
