any experience with getting macs repaired in seoul? assuming the customer service is not as good as US stores' genius bar and plan to go to UBASE myeongdong, any recommnedations and/or stories? |

If you have purchased AppleCare for this machine then call Apple Korea. They may be able to send someone to your place to fix it. I didn't think any support was available in Korea at all, but just noticed AppleCare is available from their website.
If you don't have AppleCare then you need to go to a Mac repair shop. They're around, I see them periodically while driving.
I doubt you'll get much help from the retailer in either case. There are no Apple stores in Korea so there's nothing to compare to the level of service in the States. |
