I've never had Fall allergies in Korea. Ever. But this year my allergies are really bad. Itchy throat, phlemy cough, etc. Granted I live in the countryside, but I have for years. Anyone else suffering from allergies this year?

Sounds funny, but I'm allergic to Korean apples. If I eat one my nose starts running.

I'll let you know when autumn gets here. True autumn starts in a couple of weeks. But, I noticed if I went biking after dusk mid to late Octoberish and in the afternoons in November and March, I'll get really bad allergies which mimic having a cold and even with going to the doctor takes some time to go away. Gotta be careful. Brought some Reactine back from Canada and got some family to send me a special fitler mask from America as Amazon wouldn't ship it here.

I did go biking up a mountain once during humid weather as it was a weekend in mid September. Bad mistake. All the pollution gets trapped in the humidity and it went deep into my lungs causing a bad allergic reaction for a couple of weeks. Really sucked a week later when the air and humidity cleared up. (Humidity usually goes away around September 25th. Weather gets real nice after that. Clear and warm.)

I had to take an anti histamine a few weeks ago, but that was it. The thing about Korea is, there are still a lot of flowers blooming in autumn...

Yes, I thought I had a cold for about a week but have finally realized I must just have allergies...plus I think a sinus infection.
