At any rate conversational English isn't so much in demand in South Korea anymore. For the most part Koreans want English only so they can pass tests. Conversation has pretty much gone by the wayside. There are too many alternatives that Koreans would rather spend their time studying instead of English.

Within mere minutes a white Westerner posted "I'm interested". (Why don't people PM recruiters instead of commenting?) I was pretty shocked to see that. Over the course of days, I wonder how many applicants there will be.

9AM-2PM for 1.9M? Not bad. Great hours. Fill in the rest of the day with
4 privates at 50K each. That will be 4M extra a month for a grand total of
5.9M. Nice little gig if they offer airfare, vacation, bonus and a visa. Thanks

Good deal? That's assuming you'd get the top rate, in which case it'd be 17,674 an hour. The bottom rate is 9,300 an hour. Too low for kindy I think. A lot of people say kindy is the least pleasant age group to teach. Even one hour can be totally exhausting. The ad says Job Type: Part-time, so I doubt airfare or visa sponsorship is offered. Where is this advertised? All over the internet. Multiple sites. You'd be better off filling up your day with 50K privates (which aren't that easy to get). (If you can find many that is.)
