Just wondering how harsh the winter has been up north. Here in Seogwipo there is no snow at all but up on Halla Mountain there is plenty. The winter has been very nice so far. How is it where you are? |

Really soft winter on the NE coast so far this year. Only hints of snow. Nice above-freezing temps & sunshine almost every day. |

Warmest and best winter in my five years here. I actually like huge snowstorms so the lack of snow here every year is slightly annoying. |

In December here in Jeollanamdo, the winter was the worst in the past 4 years that I have lived here. I'm pretty sure it snowed more here in December than it had snowed in the past 3 years combined. However, January was more mild than before, but today was pretty cold. I wonder how February will be....The Farmer's Almanac in the States predicted one of the coldest winters in history, so I was hoping it would affect Korea too. It seems like the weather in the States and Korea has some similarities at least the East coast of the States. |

That big snow dump that Jeollanamdo got before christmas was apparently the the most significant in 40 some years. It was knee deep where I am (coastal south west). We had a few sprinklings this week too. |

Got snow a few times, but it's all melted by lunch time. |
