Not saying Putin was responsible but I'm sure his nationalist admirers were.
April 2003 - Liberal politician Sergey Yushenkov assassinated near his Moscow home
July 2003 - Investigative journalist Yuri Shchekochikhin died after 16-day mysterious illness
July 2004 - Forbes magazine Russian editor Paul Klebnikov shot from moving car on Moscow street, died later in hospital
October 2006 - Investigative journalist Anna Politkovskaya shot dead outside her Moscow apartment
November 2006 - Former Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko died nearly three weeks after drinking tea laced with polonium in London hotel
March 2013 - Boris Berezovsky, former Kremlin power broker turned Putin critic, found dead in his UK home. |

The nationalists dislike Putin. You're not in touch with what is going on there. Nobody fears the liberals. Liberals in have absolutely no support domestically. The fear is a "Patriotic Revolution". Here are two Russians discussing:
https://vimeo.com/118459664 (there are English subs)
When Putin is gone, the two fellows above are potential replacements.
If you were posting about coincidences re: America you would call yourself a conspiracy theorist.

He killed himself. He was going broke. |

No they don't fear the liberals. Just hate them for being seditious. |

So, is this a one-off? Or has Vlad simply lost control of the mafia? Or lost control of his thumb over the opposition?
It seems ridiculous that this politician could pose any real kind of threat. This reminds us of the lawlessness and chaos of the United States in the 1960s. Did the gov't or did a madman kill JFK? MLK? RFK? At a certain point, does it even matter, because the chaos itself is a rebuke to the gov't. |

You believe that V.Putin, who was polling at 86% approval on Thursday, had a nothing politician whacked, across the street from the Kremlin, the day before an anti-government rally?
Or, that the "mafia", which he never had control of (the Russian Mafia is Jewish), whacked a nothing politician? The anti-government Jewish Mafia killed a leftist anti-government Jewish politician? A Jew on Jew false flag?
Please walk me through your thought process, using as many references as a quick search of wikipedia will allow. |

I think the three question marks imply confusion as to what happened.
Yes, its a possibility that Putin had a nothing politician whacked across the street from the Kremlin. There is a lack of evidence available to conclude one way or the other.
In any case, the whole thing reflects very badly on Russia. |

What benefit would that serve? I need evidence that you're able to think these things through. To what benefit?

That's a narrative that has been inserted into your head, and you're parroting it.
As of this moment we solely have this: A guy that none of you had ever heard of, in a country you know nothing about, was killed for reasons that nobody other than the killers know.
All attempts at narrative spinning are propaganda and I'd like you to try really, really hard to train your brain to recognize propaganda.
xxxxx
My informed speculation, relying on two additional facts and my understanding of the who/whom of the current situation:
1) the "liberal opposition" leaders have themselves been saying it is likely a provocation. His killing doesn't help them as the Russian people are now being bombarded with stories about the 90's that remind them just how god damn horrible liberals are.
2) the Ukrainian woman he was with is saying she suffers from amnesia.
My informed guess: This is a honey pot operation, sloppily executed (overreach) by Ukrainian far right.
The odds of it being Putin approach zero. Same for the formal Russian state. The odds of it being Khodorkovsky are also low, as I don't think he'd kill a fellow Jew. The nationalists in Russia don't give a moments care to meaningless liberal American-tainted figures.
The American and other English speaking media are delirious with glee that they can accuse their boogie man of something new. They'll move on quickly, just like they dropped the Malaysian plane like a white hot coal when some facts started coming out. Biggest story ever. Then *poof* never mentioned again. Iraq has weapons of mass destruction. Syria gassed his own people. Libya is going to destroy a whole city. Iran has a nuclear weapons program. And on, and on, and on. |

To no apparent benefit. Putin either made a mistake or miscalculation, or Putin knew something we do not, or both.
I could care less about the accusations of being propagandized. Good luck convincing anyone else who views this thread of that. |

So he, after the spectacular success in absorbing Crimea (zero dead, one shot fired in air, and the all-seeing, all-listening NSA/CIA left with their dick in their hands) and the total military victory of Novorossiya without any evidence what so ever of direct Russian military help, decides to move on from these two incredible, epic successes and has a nothing guy shot a few hundred meters from the Kremlin. |

Yes, its a possibility. I don't see how you can rule it out at this early stage. |

This is the guy who is said to have had a rival killed in London at a fish restaurant with radiation poisoning. A KGB lifer with all the assets of the Russian FSB and military and all the rest we don't know about at his disposal. This guy chooses to use a gangster-style drive by accross the street from the center of political power in the world's largest country. A drive by to kill a guy who is no threat whatsoever. Ok, he was going to release evidence of Russian involvement in Ukraine? The Russian people want Putin to take the whole god damn country. His approval rating would improve with the release of such information. Putin, the leader of a country that is currently enemy #1 of the Regime that runs the West. All this, he picks a driveby near the Kremlin. Bull. Shit. |

Never said he was responsible for this particular murder.
That doesn't mean it was a "false flag" either. |
