whatever website has the cheapest rates?

All dealings I have had w/ Korean travel agents (or any travel agent for that matter) in the past 5 years has resulted in a pretty negative experience.

That's good advice, but I lack a credit card so I am dependent on local agents.

I never pay interest on my credit cards. In fact, my main card pays me to use it.

This - I've literally never paid a dollar in interest on a card. The level of credit terror in the EFL crowd is really insane.
