Your ALL-IMPORTANT personal and social life, studying Korean, and putting in time for exercise obviously is oblivious to your ignoramus employers, so how do you set-up a system to just do it.

Especially, when you have 101 things that are pulling at you from all directions in the present and in the future, and all your near-sighted employer can visualize is you being a paper-pusher without a varied life outside of their damned office.

What do you do, to push on ahead and JUST DO IT? ~ Mr. Green ~

How did you plow through and just push on, even though your stupid boss's dumb arbitrary work rules prevented you from pulling through on your own when it came to language studies/daily exercise/taking care of personal things in your life? ~

I worked for LG Electronics, appliance division R&D. My boss had to listen to his boss, who was my network contact and had approved my classes at Yonsei. I left work early three days a week to get to class on time (I think it was about 6pm). Three hour class, three nights a week. I studied at random times through the day when no one was looking, in conference rooms no one was using, and on weekends, almost killed my wife a few times (no one likes being tutored by their relative or spouse, it drives people bananas) with a large kitchen knife, but I made it through a couple of semesters and learned basic conversation.
