|
|
I've been teaching in Vietnam for the past 2 years. I'm moving to Korea at the end of the year. I am British
Question is will I need to get Criminal record checks from Vietnam. Its not impossible just a massive massive pain in the backside apparently and if I don't need to then I won't?
So anyone who has taught someone else before Korea, did you have to get checks from the last place you lived in or just your home country?
I don't want to be denied entry due to putting Vietnam on my resume and then not having the correct record |

I think those from your home country are all you need.
Immigration probably won't even read your resume. |

This may not be entirely accurate. You should inquire with the Korean Embassy/Consulate or immigration for the most accurate answer on that.
Let us know what you find out! |
