Do you think YG will be able to sue them over this?
I can imagine an SMTown music exec telling a song writer, "Gangnam style is the most popular Korean song of all time. Make something like that."

Depends on how much of the song has the same riff, and if there isn't some agreement before hand. Perhaps it's the same writer, or they bought the rights, or giving agreed upon credit. |

GG is a done deal, they are getting to old for the K-pop idol game. Their music style reflects their age since they debuted in 2007. I don't see how they can compete now with all these other cookie cutter girl groups now. |
