Thank You Fallacy. Do you know if he'd be able to give a free consultation first as I don't have alot of money? By the the way, is he that guy that's on TV?

Thanks.

Robert Holley = TV guy. That was a joke. The second post is the one to consider. Standard consultation fee = 50,000 KRW.

Correct. RH is not himself a joke in that manner; the joke (intended) is that he hails from Busan, but since he has become quite busy with TV appearances, is no longer practicing, so would be unavailable. As I am not the comedian I would aspire to becoming, I must admit the joke has failed, as evidenced by me having to explain it thusly. Thank you for giving me half credit, but it is undeserved.

Oh, you want an English speaking attorney. Well then, much harder. Try this: contact Kevin Kim. 051.784.0022 or [email protected] and address at #1804 Centum IS Tower, 60 Centum buk-daero, Haeundae-gu

He is a member of the Jin & Kim firm’s International Law Department. He received his JD degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2003 and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1997. Between 2001 to 2003, served as Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Texas of Court of Appeals for the Fourth District. Although his practice focuses primarily on general business, commercial and maritime litigation/arbitrations and transactions, with an emphasis on business and corporate transactions and litigation, he's their in-house foreign legal counsel, so obviously he can speak English and will be able to either help you directly, or direct you more helpfully to someone else he knows who can handle your situation. He is an active member of the Texas State Bar Association, and serves as an adviser of Busan American Law Study Association, so again, his network will be valuable to you.
