Correct. RH is not himself a joke in that manner; the joke (intended) is that he hails from Busan, but since he has become quite busy with TV appearances, is no longer practicing, so would be unavailable. As I am not the comedian I would aspire to becoming, I must admit the joke has failed, as evidenced by me having to explain it thusly. Thank you for giving me half credit, but it is undeserved. |
