Does anyone know a good school or facility that allows foreigners to take classes? I'm researching now, but was wondering if anyone knew or has taken one.
I'm looking for a literature class mainly, but I mostly see classes for cooking or language. I was just wondering if anyone has any leads?
It doesn't have to be free, of course, but not college tuition prices either. If anyone knows any places or how I can find one, that would be awesome.
Bundang's ideal, but throughout Seoul is good too.
Thank you if anyone responds. |

About the only place you'll find lit classes is at a university, and most of those are offered in Korean. You might be able to find a few offered in English at the larger universities, though. The Graduate Schools of International Studies at the big schools may also offer a Korean or Chinese lit class or two, and those will definitely be in English.
Not much help, I know, as you stipulated that you don't want to pay university tuition. About the only other thing I can suggest would be to head over to your Gu office and check if they have any book clubs. That, or you could start your own 'cafe' on-line and recruit people interested in rapping about lit.
Cool to have hobbies, so hope it pans out for you. Cheers. PR |
