Does Key money correlate to salary?

A villa (3 room or two room) outside of Seoul Gyeong gi. Fairly new building. She told me that was the deal with the key. Can foreigners get this too then if some of you are saying you got it? It would have been cheaper as she described it than paying a much lower deposit and paying 500 or 600 a month in rent. (Provincial pricing; not Seoul Gyeong gi pricing. Things are more expensive up there.)

Check at the local bank. They'll tell you point blank if you qualify for a chunsae loan.

Depends on the job in my experience. Shinhan wouldn't give me one until I was on a 2 year contract from my uni and at least a certain percentage (high) of the loan in my bank account with them already.
