My husband and I are looking into the opportunities to teach in South Korea. I would be the one teaching and my husband would be coming as a dependent working on his bachelors degree online. One school that may be a possibility is Seoul Foreign School (SFS). Does anyone know about SFS and what it's like to teach there and its benefits? The only thing I can find out about it online, other than its personal website, is that it is a school for a lot of diplomats children.
*ALSO if you don't know anything about SFS, do you know of where good teaching opportunities are that is not against bringing a dependent?

This is the oldest and best known International School in Korea so there is a lot of competition for jobs there. Most people will have a number of years IB experience before applying and the majority of their recruitment takes places through Search Associates. The benefits are excellent and are comparable with any top International School in East or South East Asia.

I don't know anyone who works at SFS, but I know of one person who applied, and it's extremely competitive, she has 5 years international school experience - 3 years in Singapore and 2 years in Korea, but still didn't get the job.

Any international school won't have any issue with you bringing a spouse, so if you have the qualifications, that's the route to go down, as the salary will be enough to support 2 people, and they will give you appropriate accommodation.

If you don't have the qualifications, or don't manage to secure a position at an international school, it might be better to wait until your husband has completed his degree before coming to Korea - sorting a spousal visa aside, the salary at a public school/hagwon could make things pretty tight supporting two people, and the accommodation could well be a small one room (if you're not both working at the same place your spouse most likely won't be taken into consideration in terms of accommodation). I do know some people who manage it, but it's not a great situation.
