You should be able to do it at the Gu office.

That is the info I have always been given, but it seems really hit or miss depending on the Gu office. I've been told "sorry, we can't process F visas here" at two different places, even while immigration has told me to go there.
Safe bet? Go to immigration, the F line is always short anyway. |

The Dongjak-Gu office could do it and I assume in Seoul all Gu offices should be able to do it.
I live in a smaller city with only two Gu-s and I was told that since there are not a lot of foreigners and the city is not that big, the City Hall handles these matters. Which is just a block away so it was no trouble. Yeongtong-Gu has a lot of foreigners so they should be able to do it. If not, the City Hall is nearby too. There is no need to go to immi. |

Is the Yeongtong Gu office near Suwon immigration ? I know immigration is not far from Homeplus, but I'm not sure about the Gu office. |

This may be dated, but pretty sure it's on the road that runs behind the Grand/Lotte Department store at the northern end. Maybe a 10 minute walk from Homeplus. |

I went to the Gu office today. It is located right before the Samsung Digital Complex entrance. They changed my address on my ARC and drivers license. |
