Hello folks, I have a question: If your OS crashed on your laptop and your friend re-downloaded a new OS but it uses Korean, how can I get it switched over to English? I can read hangul but my brain is hard-wired for English and it would make my life easier.
I live in Seoul and thought about bringing it to Yongsan, but to be honest the laptop is a few years old and I'm really not interested in spending a lot of time and money on the thing just to have it crap the bed again in a month or something.
Anyway, I ask because maybe someone more tech-savvy than I has a recommendation. Thanks in advance for any help:)

I previously tried that and it doesn't seem to work. I'm reading that that method only works with windows 7 vista or premium, not professional.
It's not the end of the world for me, but it's an annoying thing I can't figure out. Thanks for trying to help, though. |

Download ENGLISH windows 7 ultimate 64bit. Look for rufus if you're installing from a usb hdd...that is, you have no optical(cd/dvd) drive. You can do it legally as well, but you'll have to pay some money. Think your friend made a mistake and/or is Korean? |
