If a person broke a contract (uni), left the country can they return IF they still have their alien card and its valid? The pension was paid out but the alien card wasn't given up or asked for at the airport.
Would this person need a tourist visa to come back or would their still valid (according to the expiration dates) alien card still be okay to use upon entry?
Just to throw out a date, 12/16 expiration date but they are planning to come back 6/16 summer?
The real question is would they be stopped at ICN airport using an alien card? Technically would they even know you had broken contract and left? NOT talking about a new job which we all know you would need a release, but to come back and what would happen at the airport. |

Depends on if the uni contacted immigration to cancel the visa. |

There could be a stipulation on E2 visa that states you can't be out of the country for more than 90 consecutive days. I know D10 visa is like that. |
