 FL= Foreign Language.  I did a double major PhD in Foreign Language Education and Romance Language Linguistics. As for composition, I teach academic writing and Creative Writing.

				| What difference does it make to the OP if Korean citizens get the dole? It's not like there's an easy path to naturalization in Korea. Check out the threads the OP's started. It seems that he thinks it's super easy (and, perhaps, super cheap) to arrive FOB, hook up with some local woman desperate to escape the single Korean life, start a business, and just generally live in Korea like he's still back in the UK with all the same laws and customs that apply there.
