I've never had kimchi. I don't see what is so appealing about fermented cabbage. I guess I'll find out soon enough though.

Kimchi is available in every corner store on the small Pacific island I live on, which pleases me no end. It's a healthy probiotic food I eat daily.

Kimchi Jigae or Budae jigae if it has enough meat in it is really tasty. You should try that. Almost makes you want to go to a Korean prison just to be fed the stuff. You typically get fed that scion of Korean food in Korean prison.

I had hot pot bibimbap last week in Canada. It wasn't bad. But bulgogi is still my favourite.
