Having just experienced how a hagwon operates here in Seoul, most teachers cant even speak english properly and just use korean to teach very watered down english lessons with no real substance. (the ones with book based curriculum)

It's all just well-delivered, pretty-sounding fluff and caters solely to what parents want to hear about their kids. How the heck does this kind of stuff even exist?

Any thoughts?
