Exploring English is generally pretty good BUT, it can take a fair amount of time to get through a book (threre are 3 levels), as they are pretty thick. As well, I hope your students can read and write hand-writing as the workbook, especially in the 2nd and 3rd books rely on it heavily.

You could try American English Today. Levels 5 and 6 are reading intensive however. (just so you know) I like using the workbooks though, they get the students using a much broader range of vocabulary than Let's Go, and the exercises are a lot more varied.

I don't know about English Time level 6, I've never used it. I loved levels 1- 4 but I was disappointed with level 5. I don't like the idea of having students repeat both positive and negative responses for every question, how on Earth are they ever going to learn the difference? By level 5, they should be able to tell the difference, I would hope.

Other than that, I would recommend Get Together or Open House, you can look through them and see what level would best suit your students.

Exploring English can be OK if the students are at the right level, it does get a bit boring and repetitive though.

I haven't tried the other series mentioned, so - quien sabe?

Good Luck
