rawiri,

There's a lot of windsurfing in Busan and here on Geoje Island there's a few dozen active windsurfers at Hakdong Beach.

I want to try it out this summer, especially since it's fifteen minutes from my apartment.

I'll post info as I get it.

Not in Incheon. It's all mud flats and the wind in nil. You'd have to go south a few hours. The boats to Incheon use the channel of course to avoid the mud, but still no wind for windsurfing.

I've seen more windsurfing on the Han river in Seoul than I've seen around Incheon... I'm sure there are a few hardy souls who manage to pull it off but I can't imagine Inchon as a very good place to learn to windsurf.
