I'm doing 8 times 40 minutes for 1.9. I'm an older guy, was in a hurry to get a job, and it's a nice school in a nice location in a nice city. So I'm not complaining. If I was younger and more 'marketable' I'd hold out for more. I figured the situation would be stable in that working for less means I'm a bargain. So I don't have to bother about being dismissed, fired, etc.
Ten minutes between classes. No prep time. Just moving through Let's Go or Side by Side. No prep is expected.
Six months and don't feel particularly burnt out. Also work an hour overtime three nights a week and three hours, also overtime, on Sundays.
When I first arrived it was Winter holiday. That was, if I remember properly, ten or eleven times 40 minutes a day. In a split shift and lasted for a month. That was something to squeal about Laughing

Hey,

My boss surprised me by offering me 25,000W per hour no matter what classes I taught insterad of 2,000,000. I usually get 25 - 30 but start at 10.30 am 2 hour break and finish at 6.20! Sweet! I just got paid for 32 hours and did my math - 800,000 for a week and two days. So this is me. Shocked Very Happy

I thought they weren't going to pay but they just did. They also gave me the heavy on doing lesson prep and I have to do lesson plans now.

Do I look worried?

Been teaching for ages though and have a TESOL.

I'm making 3 million, remind me again how this happened? I thought it was 2,000,000

Here's waiting to have some classes taken away. But maybe it won't happen.

I was uncertain until today as it is a slightly a new job, but now I am very happy.
