This seems to be a new school, and the contract seems to be on the up-and-up, but just to be sure: Does anyone know of or about this place? Any informed opinions are welcome...
Muchas Gracias |

I had been corresponding with Jeff over the course of three weeks or so. I had a chance to talk to him on the phone and my impression was that he was honest and sincere.
Have you had a chance to speak with him yet? It sounds like the position is one of the good ones out there. It is a small school that has just started up. I believe only Jeff, his wife, and one other employee has worked there. You may be hard pressed to find anyone that can give you an account of what the place is like.
My advice is, if it feels good go with it. |

New schools are very good to work for (in contrast to other hogwans).
I'm sure EVERYONE looking will be indebeted to you for the job tip! |

I have good friends on Jeju who know Jeff personally. He has been teaching on Jeju for about 5 years now, and seems to be a well liked guy.
From what I have heard he has the best intentions and will run a great hogwon.
If I didn't already have a great job on Jeju I would have applied to work at Jeff's Academy when the posting went up last week. I've never spoken to him on the phone, just in emails, but we have a lot of common friends and I hear nothing but good things about him. I'd go for it! |
