I can't figure out how to transfer the songs from limewire to musicmatch. When I go to the "Add file" section limewire isn't present.

Music Match Jukebox?

I'm a bit confused about what you mean by 'transfer' here so I'm going to assume you mean 'play'; so apologies if I'm stating the obvious or this isn't the problem you are having-

Limewire is a ptp download ap; the downloaded mp3s end up in a folder so check your Limewire options/settings/preferences or whatever it's called and find out where the folder is and what it's called.

If MM is your default player for mp3 then all you need to do is double click on a song and it'll open and play. If it's not the default player then run mm, click file, click open and navigate to the folder to play the songs you want. If you're having difficulty then click on the 'my computer' icon on the lower left of the open file pop-up, and also make sure that in the drop down menu in the lower center you have 'all track files' selected.
