I'd like to know what you as teachers or employees expect/demand from hagwon management? What are your pet-peeves at your work? How do you think it can be improved?

Let's make a list of them and make it known to all the hagwon owners to see!

A few times at my old school our team director caught me or a co-worker having a post-kindergarten lunchtime nap on the desk or the classroom floor (a clean room where people had to take their shoes off!).

Several weeks later a empty office upstairs was converted into.... a sleeping room for the foreign teachers! Definitely a place for one of those in our perfect hagwon.

What an opportunity to rant for several days but you have heard it all before.. but the crappy photo copier really salted an open wound. Our photo copier was recently replaced with yet another piece of crap. Why do owners refuse to invest in there business.... It really boggles the mind!!
