OK I have checked out the travel arrangements and it says I have to go through Cheonan then to Daecheon. Is this just because I am in Gwangju or do ppl coming from Seoul have to also go through Cheonan?

Cheonan is the hub of Korea travelwise, so yea.

Gonna rain big time!

That would basically ruin the trip.

Hey Guys - I'm about 30 minutes from Boryeong. A bunch of us are going down as well. It started yesterday and dosen't finish until Thursday. You can get the bus directly from Cheonan passing through Yesan, Hongseong, and then onto Boryeong. There is also the train to Boryeong station. Bear in mind though that most of the activity will be by the harbour, which is a good 10k from Boryeong city. I would have thought accomodation will be difficult to come buy.

Look forward to seeing some of you there!

I am so there, booked to go with Adventure Korea Travel Club www.adventurekorea.com and I believe they have spare seats for the sunday leg of it. At 140+ kgs, I aim to be the mud wrestling king of Boryeoung, so come and have a go if you are hard enough!

Cheers

Jaga
