Palm trees in Jeju? of course! I was riding today from the beach and saw lots of them!
Jeju is a great place to relax, plenty of beaches (some good, some bad), easy and cheap to get around (taxi and bus), excellent weather (it may be hot, but there's a nice breeze), and many more positives. If you have any specifics, just PM me and I'll be happy to help you in any way I can. I'm on my holiday right now and I'm just sitting at the beach most mornings, napping in the afternoon, going somewhere in the evening, then camping somewhere at night. AAAAHHH, lovin it!

I've got one but I think it doubles as a love motel but it did the job.
Maxim Hotel in Shin Jeju city is about 40 000 won a night and it does the job. |

I got a cab from the airport to one of the fancy hotels by the beach...
...from there it was just a short walk to a 25,000 per night Min Bak- there were tonnes in the area by the promenade. |
