After going to Iteawon a few times and observing the dating practices of the GI's and their girls. Well they deserve each other. Most of the GI's that I have seen are disrespectful, have a low IQ, think with there beep, and treat there Korean g/f like trash.

Unlike the pierced, tattooed emenim wannabes I see all the time that pass for English teachers.ooh babbbbby..... where can I sign up for one of them. Nothing like a man with a outkast tee-shirt three sizes too big and pants hanging off their *beep* or shorts so baggy I don't know why they bother. And that sexy freaking skate board they haul around to chase the local "talent" as they are so nicely referred to.

Oh and lets not forget the pasty bearded aging man with either a freaking pony tail or a good start on the comb over and his super relaxed elastic waist jeans. Scamming on women 1/2 his age or writing about how his High School students give him a chubby. Yeah them western teachers are a catch.

Oh and those nice boys I met in Anyang a couple of years ago that were teaching this nice korean girl how to use racial epitaths...man did they think that was funny. And this same group of angels that had a good old laugh about the *beep* they tapped by saying they loved the girls then dumped them. They thought it was pretty funny to joke and brag about it. OOOOh baby where do I sign up for one of them????

I have seen Korean men abuse their girlfriends/wives and I have seen Western expat TEACHERS do the same.

Specific instances.....

1. Brought a girl to a bar then left her there to fend for herself. (left the building)

2. Men on this board referring to women as the LOCAL TALENT.

3. Saw one of our wonderful expat angel boys grope his girlfriend in a bar so much that she got up crying and left. He had his hand up her skirt so far I was sure he left his wallet there.

4. Witnessed a man (western teacher) back hand his korean wife.

5. Had some idiot sticks (teachers) trying to rap about k-girls behind me once and man was it foul.

Thanks but no thanks prefer G.I. or Korean man. And I have had my troubles with my Korean BF so Dogbert and your ilk can stop now before they start ranting about my personal issues I have had with my BF. He has never hit me and has never been ugly to me in public. We work thngs out. It isn't easy but we do it.

A rant follows: Of late the tone of this board is one of some frat party that has gotten out of hand. Open comment to mods: find some new way to get some fresh blood.

This place has turned into one big sausage party.

Newbies are attacked constantly. So what they asked a question that has already been asked 50 times! If it bothers you so damn much don't reply to the post.

What women say and what they actually do are two vastly different things. You're talking the usual female chat, fine....blah blah.
But next time you're in a bar or wherever just watch how bored the women look when theyre attended by a nicely behaved guy who opens the door and gets their drinks for them etc. then see how they quickly sit up, do their make up and get all flirty the moment some loudmouthed idiot strides in.
Or ask your womenfriends about the only guy they ever truly loved, the story will go something like this "But he treated me so badly, he used to cheat on me and chat up other girls in front of me. He only hit me a few times, but that was my fault. he really broke my heart, but I love him still so much!!" etc.
But of course, you can't blame women for their evolutionary biological drives. They're attracted to asholes, pure and simple, but of course will never admit that. Meanwhile the genuine nice guys go home alone every time.
Just something I've noticed..not passing any judgements...but thats reality.

I have and we do talk about it. I don't know too many who let men treat them badly. However, this is a myth we talk about alot. Most of my women friends...some married..some not..some entangled some not...We all wonder why men believe this myth and seem to use it as an excuse to act like an idiot.

Again, I have to wonder what kind of women you date that they seem to want that sort of neanderthal or accept that kind of neanderthal treatment.

I don't think most women like nor accept it unless they have no self esteem or are just desperate. I am neither.

you seem to be taking the victimized nice guy stance, but that doesn't match up with the way that you continue to spew, obviously ignorant statements that generalize and condem others for stating their opinion.

i happen to enjoy your posts, they provide an alternate perspective riddled with humor and sarcasm however, as far as your advice on social interaction with women, it only seems like you might be an over-the-hill teacher with very little game left who resents those who might not be as old or game-less as yourself.

just because someone is outgoing and personable doen't make them an asshole. in my experience women are interested in men with personality and a sense of humor. why don't you try and exploit your own positive qualities instead of trying to hate on others who do already.
