As far as the Labour Board thing goes, do you have any Korean friends who are gonna accompany you and help translate ??? You could be in the right BUT these slimeball directors will do damn near anything it seems to screw foreigners of their severance etc based on the flimsiest of reasons without the least bit of warning Without a respectable translator, you may be SOL
btw - if this guy is withholding your "wages", from what i understand he IS essentially breaking the law. Go to the Labour Board and they'll almost certainly force this bozo to pay you ...  |
