Hi,

As far as I am aware that is not possible. A few months ago I wanted to do a similar thing but was told I could only check in on my day of travel. It is the same as the airport check in just in a different location!!

COEX does have lockers however.

I have used the service on numerous occasions and it is great and the bus plus tax is cheaper than just the bus itself from Seoul.
