| I have not bothered to click on your link, but I can assume that any festival in Seoul that claims to be on the fringe would likely rival Utah in terms of risqueness and scandal. |

may haps your confusing the term fringe with edge.
by fringe they mean outside of the art establishment, whether edgy or not is irrelevant. |

| Funny how there are so many complaints about a lack of cosmopolitanism, culture etc. in Seoul yet a thread on a cultural festival gains such little attention (aside from some pedanticism and unsubstantiated criticism) |
