No, this falls under the regulations of an F2 visa. FOr employment, you still need to add a work permit which has pretty much the same regulations as an E2 visa.
Though, I have heard that if you want to leave a contract, it is not necessary to get a letter of release. I have heard this purported but have not confirmed it through my own experience. |
