Not always, but most of the time here. If accompanied by a leer, waving soju bottle, or money- yes.

I get asked if I'm Russian pretty regularly, though they generally believe me when I say no. It doesn't seem to matter much what a girl looks like or how she's dressed, though blondes seem to get asked more often.

Yea, I'm irish and a coulpe of people say I look russian:S

Sometimes, white women get mistaken for being Russian whores and get followed.

I had a friend in Daegu, who was nothing special and she certainly didn't fit the look of what I've seen of the Russians outside juicy bars, like Odyssey in Daegu or on Texas Street in Busan (only stopped in for a beer, because we were thirsty, btw Wink ), and she was propositioned in the middle of a crosswalk in an intersection in downtown Daegu, in broad daylight. They guy kept following her and waving a wad and trying to lead her to a yeogwan.

Sometimes, before going to sleep at night, I pray to be followed by hot ajummas. Cool

Texas Street right. Where I got my shoes I talked about in my first post in this thread. Also the only place I could find Ban unscented roll on, and other things.

I was alsways there in the day time when I was on Koje Do. But then for 2 years I was at a college in the Pusan area.

So, one time I went shopping at Texas Street at night. Shocked All I wanted was a pair of shoes and some roll on, but my God, the prostitutes were unbelievable.

I, of course, had 0% (or less) interest in their services, but still they followed me around trying to convince me to use their services. Man that made me 100% (or more) Mr. Green

So, I guess if you are a hen or a rooster, Laughing you can be sexually harassed. I am serious. By the time I had gotten to the shoe store and bought some shoes, and then went to one of the little stores and got my roll one and was then back home, after all of that harassment from the prostitutes, I, in a way, felt like I had been raped. Or, at least violated to a certain degree.

After that I only went shopping there at day time.

Take care all.

And be careful Very Happy
