I looked on the other thread and I can't find that dvd player in linkos or the seoulleng walmart. So does anyone know where to get a reasonably priced region free dvd player?

| I saw one yesterday in Linko's at Coexmall for 88 000won. It's not labeled 'region free' but there is probably an 'unlock code' for it if you can track it down. |

yeah I went and asked them about twice. Once they said it was codefree. the other time they said it wasn't........ grrh/ |

Try this site. It has methods for unlocking region-free on 300+ makes of DVD player.

Some require a keypad code, some require a firmware upgrade, some a special disc from the manufacturer. Your mileage may vary.
